Healthy Living Groups

Our Healthy Living Groups are designed to support you to a healthier lifestyle. The courses run for 6 weeks with a variety of subjects being covered.


The groups are particularly focused on helping people:

  • looking to lose weight
  • to reverse Type 2 Diabetes
  • to help prevent Type 2 Diabetes
  • to improve their lifestyle
  • to lead a healthier life
