Since April 2023 we are providing appointments at Chawton House Surgery on Saturdays for patients in our network.  These are a mixture of doctor, nurse and health care assistant appointments. 

These appointments are bookable via your usual surgery.

However if you require an non urgent Saturday  appointment with either a Nurse or a Healthcare assistant (for a NHS Health Check or  height, weight and blood pressure check etc) please complete the form below and we will be in touch.
