From Milford Medical Centre there are various circular walks which can be undertaken. On the map below you can see three different routes.
Green Route - 2.3km
This route takes you on a short loop around Sturt Pond.
Yellow Route - 4.7km
This route takes you from the heart of the village through the pleasure grounds which are a wooded path in a small valley to Studland Common. You can see more about this part of the route on the Milford Conservation Volunteers page. The route then goes out to the sea and comes back along the coastal path.
Orange Route - 10.4km
This route takes you on a wider loop out of the east side of the village and back through Keyhaven. It takes you through
Great Newbridge Copse which is a great place to see bluebells.
