Type 1 Diabetes Group Session

Dr Neil Moody-Jones (who has Type 1 Diabetes himself) is organising a group session for people with Type 1 Diabetes at Chawton House Surgery (Lymington, SO41 9ND). This is available for patients from across the New Forest Primary Care Network.

Meet with other people with Type 1 Diabetes (or Type 3c) to discuss everything and anything including:

Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM)
Diet
Exercise
Insulin pumps
Closed Loops

While no current date is planned you can submit the form below to be added to a waiting list. Once we have a planned session we will email people on the waiting list to let them know they can then sign up.
