It is a challenging time for all at the moment but also an odd time to be a social prescriber. With so many people undertaking social isolation and social distancing many groups which you might rely on or which I might want to introduce you to will be not operating as normal. The World Health Organisation produced a document which has a relevant section on social isolation which I have reproduced below. I have created a list of resources which might be helpful to keep your mind and body active during this time.
